Expendable Products
For thermal transfer ribbon, labels, and similar consumables, we accept returns of whole rolls only. We do, however, accept partially used cases. For example, if there are 10 rolls in a case, we will accept a return of 6 rolls but not of a 7th half-used roll. We are unable to accept partially used products of this nature except in cases of manufacturer’s defect.
Printers, parts, and accessories
If you would like to exchange your printer, part, or accessory or return it due to a defect, you must use the original box and/or packaging. Any original padding must be used to ship the product back to us to ensure its condition. All original parts, accessories, literature, and CDs must be included with the return.
Damaged or defective items
If your purchase was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us right away so we can expedite sending you a replacement product at no charge to you.
Exceptions
Please contact us even if your potential return or exchange does not meet the requirements above. We can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis and would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
